(Oslo 30. June 2010) Norsk Hydro ASA has today informed EDB that the company will not extend the agreement regarding desktop management services which is running until 30 June 2011. EDB will in the period until this date maintain normal deliveries to Norsk Hydro. EDB will also assist Norsk Hydro through a transition project. The annual contract value of the ordinary agreement of IT Operations is above NOK 150 million.

 

EDB will in the period remaining until termination of the deliveries to Norsk Hydro, implement initiatives to secure profitability as at today's level. The adjustments will in principal be done in the environments in former IS Partner AS.
