Fornebu Utvikling ASA (FBU) has sold 76 residential units so far in Q2 2010, where of 47 of them were sold in May and 21 in June. In total FBU have approx. 140 new homes in the market, and new sales starts are scheduled for 3rd quarter of 2010.
Hundsund
After four weeks in the market, 12 out of 20 semi-detached houses in Hundsund are now sold, which means the requirement of 60% pre-sale is obtained and construction can be anticipated at the end of Q3 2010. Currently, 40 residential units designed by Niels Torp have been completed, and 58 units designed by Arcasa are under construction. In total, 63 of these two projects are sold.
Rolfsbukta
Three weeks after sales start, 18 out of 38 apartments in the project Boelgen in Rolfsbukta has been sold. In sales value, this means over 50% of required pre-sale, and construction can be expected to start at the end of Q3 2010. AF Gruppen has been elected as contractor for the project.
Koksabukta
32 out of 87 apartments are sold in phase 1 of Koksabukta, after two weeks in the market and many people have shown great interest in the project.
