Press releaseFimalac, Marc Ladreit de Lacharrière and Hearst Corporation have decided to simplify their agreement dated march 15, 2006. Pursuant to an amendment concluded on march 13, 2008 it has been agreed that Hearst Corporation may henceforth acquire and hold a stake in the share capital of Fimalac and exercise the voting rights attached to this stake, without the agreement of Marc Ladreit de Lacharrière.
