Press ReleaseActing on behalf of a single US shareholder of Fimalac, a California law firm has filed a class action lawsuit in Federal court in New York against Fimalac, Fitch Group and certain of their officers and directors.
The plaintiff alleges that Fimalac and Fitch failed to respect a disclosure obligation which exists, according to the plaintiff, under the US securities law, and claims damages in an amount yet to be determined.
Fimalac, its subsidiaries and officers and directors who are defendants consider that this lawsuit is totally without merit and they will fully and vigorously defend against it.
