FIMALAC : Termination of the liquidity agreement entered into with Exane Bnp Paribas

Paris, July 5, 2017 - F. MARC DE LACHARRIERE (FIMALAC) and EXANE BNP PARIBAS terminated the liquidity agreement entered into on September 30, 2005, effective on July 4, 2017.

To this date and on June 30, 2017, the following means were recorded on the liquidity account:

• 37.533 shares ;
• 1 238 077 euros.

It is reminded that at the time of the last half-year report, as at December 31, 2016, the following means were recorded on the liquidity account:

• 37.252 shares ;
• 1.268.346 euros.
