The Forest Company - Publishes a supplement to its Private Placement Memorandum
St Peter Port, Guernsey, 18 December 2012 - The Forest Company Limited, a closed-ended investment company, incorporated and registered in Guernsey, announces the publication of a supplement to its Private Placement Memorandum extending the subscription period of the current placing.
This placing of The Forest Company's shares will close on 28 May 2013, with the last date for the receipt of subscription documents being 24 May 2013. The Board anticipates conducting an interim closing on 26 February 2013, with the last date for receipt of subscription documents being 22 February 2013, for those investors wishing to subscribe at the 30 June 2012 Adjusted Net Asset Value.
