Circular to Shareholders re SCRIP Dividend Alternative
St Peter Port, Guernsey, 30 October 2017 - The Forest Company Limited (the "Company"), a closed-ended investment company, incorporated and registered in Guernsey, announces that it has today forwarded to shareholders a Circular and Form of Election regarding a SCRIP dividend alternative in respect of the dividend it announced on 30 June 2017 of 15.09 US cents per share for holders as of the 14 July 2017 record date, to be paid on 23 November 2017.
