Allotment of Shares
St Peter Port, Guernsey, 22 November 2017 - The Forest Company Limited (the "Company"), a closed-ended investment company, incorporated and registered in Guernsey, announces that it has received election for 248,921 redeemable ordinary USD0.10 shares regarding a SCRIP dividend alternative in accordance to the circular forwarded to the shareholders on 30 October 2017. The SCRIP dividend shares are to be issued at US$5.03 per Share, (being the ex-dividend adjusted net asset value per Share on 31 December 2016).
Accordingly, an application has been submitted to The International Stock Exchange Authority to list 248,921 redeemable ordinary USD0.10 shares on 23 November 2017.
