Change of Name of Listing Sponsor and Administrator
St Peter Port, Guernsey, 11 January, 2018 - The Forest Company Limited (the "Company"), announces that, following the acquisition by Estera Group of the Heritage Financial Services Group, the name of the Company's Listing Sponsor has been changed to Estera Fiduciary Services (Guernsey) Limited, and the name of the Company's Administrator has been changed to Estera International Fund Managers (Guernsey) Limited. The changes of name are with effect from 10 January 2018 and the registered office of the Company remains unchanged. The main switchboard number of the Listing Sponsor and Administrator is now 01481 742742.
