Frontline§s offer of SEK 115 per B-share is extended
Frontline has decided to maintain, at unchanged conditions, the previous offer to the shareholders of ICB Shipping AB of SEK 115 per B-share and SEK 130 per A-share, for the time being until December 31, 1997.
Frontline nevertheless reserves the right to withdraw the offer prior to the above mentioned date.
