Frontline Ltd. advises that the Annual General Meeting of the company was held on Friday, September 24, 1999 at 10:00 a.m. (Bermuda time) at the registered office of the company. The following resolutions were passed:
1) To adopt the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 1998.
2) To re-elect as a Director of the Company, John Fredriksen.
3) To re-elect as a Director of the Company, Tor Olav Trĝim.
4) To re-elect as a Director of the Company, Shaun Morris.
5) To re-elect as a Director of the Company, Timothy J. Bridges, who was appointed to fill a vacancy and, being eligible, offers himself for re-election.
6) To re-appoint PricewaterhouseCoopers DA of Oslo, Norway as auditors and to authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration.
