Reference is made to stock exchange notice on 21 March 2011, concerning notice of annual general meeting in GC Rieber Shipping ASA.

 

The general meeting shall as part of the agenda resolve on the board's proposal for dividend for 2010. GC Rieber Shipping emphasizes that ex. date for dividend will be 14 April 2011, while the dividend payment date will be 29 April 2011.
