GC Rieber Shipping: Appeal from former employees of GC Rieber Crewing AS

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement 20 March 2018, where it was announced that the lawsuit from 17 former employees of GC Rieber Crewing AS against two subsidiaries of GC Rieber Shipping had been dismissed by the Bergen District Court. The decision has now been appealed by the claimants and a judgement from the Court of Appeal may be expected at the earliest within end of 2018.
