In the Board meeting 6 April 2016 the Board of Directors of Grieg Seafood ASA approved the Annual Accounts for 2015. Profit after tax is changed by MNOK 5, from MNOK 9.4 to MNOK 4.4, as published in the quarterly report 18 February 2016. This is due to decrease in the income tax by MNOK 5.

An electronic version of the Annual Accounts will be available on the company's web page in the end of April.

The Annual General Meeting is scheduled to 14 June 2016.
