Hamburg, 5 March 2004. Hawesko Holding AG (HAWG.DE, HAW GR, DE0006042708) announced today that Professor Dr. iur. Dr. rer. pol. Dr. h.c. Franz Jürgen Säcker has been appointed as a member of the supervisory board by the commercial court of Hamburg effective 27 February 2004. He shall be proposed to a vote for regular term at the next annual general meeting of shareholders in June. Professor Dr. Dr. Säcker is Director of the Institute for German and European Economic, Competition and Energy Law at the Berlin Free University and is renowned through his numerous publications and lectures in civil law and company law as well as competition and energy law.
Hawesko Holding AG is a leading supplier of premium wines and champagnes in Germany.
