Whom do I inform of a change of name or address?

To change your name, please write to Lloyds TSB Registrars: Lloyds TSB Registrars The Causeway, Worthing, BN99 6DA. To change your address, please download a
Change of Address Form and send it to Lloyds TSB Registrars quoting lastminute.com, client reference 2813. Please give your name as it is recorded on the Register of Shareholders, and full details of both your old and new addresses. The form must be signed by all shareholders where indicated.
What happens if I lose my share certificate?

Please contact Lloyds TSB Registrars plc on 0870 241 8114 or +44 121 415 7555 if calling from outside the UK. A letter of indemnity will be sent out to you, which is a form of insurance to cover the potential misuse of the certificate.
