Oslo Bors has informed Lighthouse Caledonia that, Oslo Børs has on 16 July 2010 made the following resolution:

"The shares in Lighthouse Caledonia ASA will be delisted from listing on Oslo Axess. Last day of listing will be 19 July 2010."
