Melker Schörling AB makes marginal sales in holding companies
Melker Schörling AB ("MSAB") has from March 7 to March 12 sold B-shares in the holding companies AAK, HEXPOL, ASSA ABLOY, Securitas and Hexagon. The sale of shares was made in purpose of strengthening the company's balance sheet for future investments. The total value of the sale of shares amount to approximately 3 billion SEK and is only a marginal change of MSAB's total investments in the holding companies.
