Tuomo Räsänen to leave his position as CEO of M-Brain Oy
M-Brain has finalised a round of funding, which has financially secured the company's possibilities for significant next steps, including acquisitions.
During the process the board of directors and CEO Tuomo Räsänen have mutually agreed that Räsänen will leave the company by the end of this year. He will step down from his role as CEO effective July 1st 2014. CTO Kimmo Valtonen has been appointed acting interim CEO from July 1st 2014 onwards. He will continue in his present position as CTO as well.
Tuomo Räsänen will continue working on specified growth projects under direct supervision of and report directly to the board up until December 31st 2014.
