Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company as New Shareholder in M-Brain Oy
M-Brain has arranged a directed share issue where Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company has invested three million euro in the company and certain existing shareholders have invested a total of two million euro.
Following the share issue, the Company's ownership is divided as follows:
Ysma Oy 34,66%
Ingman Development Oy Ab 25,16%
Eläkevakuutusosakeyhtiö Veritas 17,98%
Aloitusrahasto Vera Oy 13,21%
Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company 6,66%
Oy My Holding & Consulting Ab 0,21%
Management 2,12%
The shareholders have appointed Matti Rusanen of Ilmarinen as a new member of the board. Following this, the composition of the board is as follows:
Kim Nyberg, Executive Chairman
Robert Ingman, Member
Petri Laine, Member
Tage Lindberg, Member
Marjukka Nyberg, Member
Matti Rusanen, Member
Pirjo Ståhle, Member
Concurrently, it was decided that the company's Articles of Association § 3 was changed so that the maximum number of board members is increased to eight.
