M-Brain Restructures and Intensifies Its Operations
After M-Brain Oy's acquisition of the entire share capital of Global Intelligence Alliance Group Oy ("GIA") on 4 September 2014, the company is starting adaptation measures, which are related to the integration of the companies and restructuring of the operations. During the integration work, considerable opportunities for intensification have been found. They can be achieved by developing the structure of the Group and the modus operandi in all 14 offices. By integrating the companies both significant cost synergies and new innovative business can be found when the strong competencies of both companies start supporting each other. Due to the restructuring, the estimated staff effects of the intensification measures is on Group level approximately 70 FTEs. The M-Brain Group employs at present globally approximately 450 people.
As part of the Group's intensification programme, M-Brain has started co-operation negotiations that affect all Finnish companies.
