M-Brain Adjusts Forecast for Fiscal Year 2014

M-Brain Oy, which acquired the total share capital of Global Intelligence Alliance Group Oy (GIA) in September 2014 is adjusting its EBITDA forecast for fiscal year 2014. The integration of GIA's operational business and streamlining process has proceeded faster than expected. Thus the majority of the one-off integration costs inherent to the acquisition will be allocated to the year 2014. As a result M-Brain's EBITDA is estimated to be 1,2-1,7 million euro (the previous EBITDA forecast was 3,3 million euro).
