Disturbances in Nordea's netbank services

Maintenance of electric systems caused disturbances in Nordea's netbank services on Monday, 3 March 2003. The disturbances caused the netbank services to be slow and some service breaks also occurred.

With the help of backup arrangements all services were available already at 8.25 in the morning.

The disturbance affected netbank services in Finland and the Baltic countries. Connections to Nordea's netbank services were slow and breaks occurred in some connections during the day.

The bank's branch offices, the Otto.ATMs and the bill payment ATMs were available to the bank's customers all day as normal. The bank will compensate for possible losses caused to customers by the disturbance.
