As per 23 February 2010, Dag Dvergsten, Chairman of the Board of Nordic Mining ASA, has received proxies for a total of 8,735,080 shares, or approximately 7.6% of the share capital, for the Extraordinary General Meeting in Nordic Mining ASA to be held 1 March 2010. In addition, Dag Dvergsten through companies controls 8,735,655 shares, or approximately 7.6% of the share capital in Nordic Mining ASA.
As a consequence, Dag Dvergsten will represent 17,470,735 shares similar to approximately 15.1% of the voting rights at the Extraordinary General Meeting. The proxies are valid only for the Extraordinary General Meeting.
