Origo Kapital AS owns 1,343,569 shares in North Energy ASA.

Following North Energy ASA's Extraordinary General Meeting 2 March, where a share issue of 15,000,000 shares was approved, Origo Kapital AS now owns 3.34 percent of the company's shares.

Origo Kapital AS is thus under the threshold of 5 percent ownership which is a disclosure requirement from Oslo Stock Exchange.
