An extraordinary general meeting in North Energy ASA was held in Alta on Friday 2 March 2012. The minutes of the extraordinary general meeting are attached and are also available on the company's website www.northenergy.no 

The private placement and the subsequent repair offering set out in the notice for the general meeting were approved with some adjustments relating to the subscription period and payment terms.
