North Energy is pleased to announce that it has appointed Kristen Berli as senior vice president for exploration and business development with effect from 1 June. The position is part of the company's executive management.

Berli is educated as a geophysicist and comes from the post of business development manager Europe and vice president equity at PGS.

He has earlier experience as an exploration manager with such companies as Hydro and Saga UK and at the Norwegian Petroleum Directorate (NPD).
