Approval has now been received from the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy concerning the purchase and sale agreement between North Energy and Spike Exploration Holding.

As reported in the stock exchange announcement of 3 May 2013, North Energy is selling a 10 per cent holding in PL 299 and a 10 per cent holding in PL 590 to Spike Exploration Holding with accounting effect from 1 January 2013.

North Energy thereby retains 10 per cent in PL 299 and 30 per cent in PL 590.
