Reference is made to the stock exchange notices of North Energy ASA (the "Company") dated 13 February 2014 and 20 February 2014 in relation to the completed private placement and registration of the share capital increase for the issuance of 71,250,000 new shares each with a par value of NOK 1.00 (the "New Shares").
The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Finanstilsynet) has approved the listing prospectus for the New Shares.
The New Shares will be transferred to the Company's ordinary ISIN NO 0010550056 and be tradable on Oslo Axess as from 6. March 2014.
The prospectus is available on North Energy ASA's website www.northenergy.no.
The prospectus is also available in paper format free of charge at the business offices of the Company in Markveien 38B, 9510 Alta, Norway.
