North Energy ASA: Mandatory notifications of trade and disclosure of shareholding

Oslo, 11 May 2016

Didrik Leikvang, financial advisor to North Energy ASA and primary insider, has purchased 100,000 shares at NOK 1.45 per share via his fully owned company Kharybdis AS. The total number of shares beneficially owned by Leikvang through Kharybdis AS and Isfjorden AS after the transaction is 1,693,106, which equals 1.42% ownership in North Energy ASA.
