The general meeting of Isfjorden AS ("Isfjorden") has today resolved to distribute all its 8 570 651 shares in North Energy ASA (the "Shares") to its shareholders as repayment of paid-in capital. The distribution of the Shares is expected to be completed on or about 30th of June. Following the distribution, Isfjorden will hold no shares in North Energy ASA.
In connection with the distribution, Spitsbergen AS, AB Investment AS and Kharybdis AS, will receive 821 843, 1 408 874 and 328 739 shares, respectively in North Energy ASA. Following the distribution, these shareholders will own 821 843 (0.7%), 12 187 148 (10.25%) and 1 528 739 (1.3%) in North Energy ASA. After completing the distribution, the total number of shares beneficially owned by Mr. Onarheim and Mr. Leikvang is respectively 12 598 070 (10.6%) and 1 693 108 (1.4%).
Isfjorden AS, Spitsbergen AS, AB Investment AS and Kharybdis AS are companies associated with Anders Onarheim who is the Chairman of the North Energy ASA Board of Directors and Didrik Leikvang.
