Orkla ASA hereby informs that the company has issued a bond in a open series limited upward to NOK 1,000,000,000 with an annual coupon of 7.05%.

First tranche amounts to NOK 600,000,000. The bond has a bullet structure and matures at 26 March 2003. Subscription will be the 22 March 1996.

The loan is intended for general corporate purpose.
