| Orkla ASA has today on 12 August 1999, purchased a total of 589,300 shares in Orkla ASA consisting of 98,400 A-shares at NOK 119 per share and 490,900 B-shares at NOK 104 per share. The shares were purchased through a broker. After the buyback, the Orkla Group has a total holding of 5,798,508 shares in Orkla ASA (incl. 80% of the shares owned by Oktav Invest) consisting of 4,526,859 A-shares and 1,271,649 B-shares. | |
