| Orkla ASA has today on 20 August 1999, purchased a total of 1,000,000 A-shares in Orkla ASA at NOK 123 per share. The shares were purchased through a broker. After the buyback, the Orkla Group has a total holding of 6,798,508 shares in Orkla ASA (incl. 80% of the shares owned by Oktav Invest) consisting of 5,526,859 A-shares and 1,271,649 B-shares. | |
