Buyback of shares | |
| Orkla ASA purchased yesterday on 18 October 1999 a total of 180.000 B shares in Orkla ASA at NOK 97,43 per share. The shares were purchased through a broker. Orkla has also transferred a total of 179,000 B shares to key personnel in the Group (See separate notice regarding “Share purchase scheme for key personnel”). After these transactions, the Orkla Group has a total holding of 7,199,508 shares in Orkla ASA (incl. 80% of the shares owned by Oktav Invest) consisting of 5,926,859 A-shares and 1,272,649 B-shares.
