| Orkla's Exec.Vice-President Finn Jebsen through his majority owned company has purchased 5,000 Orkla A shares on 25 October 1999 at a share price of NOK 100.50. Including close associates his new shareholding now consists of 102,812 Orkla A shares and 76,120 Orkla B shares, totalling 178,932 shares. | |
