| Dyno has today informed that Industri Kapital intends to post a bid on all shares in Dyno at a price of NOK 206 per share. Please see release from Dyno. Such a sale will imply a total price for Orkla’s shares of approx. NOK 950 million and a gain of approx. NOK 420 million.
