ORK – Group shareholding of Orkla shares

Orkla has previously notified the OSE that the Group has transferred 179,000 shares to key personnel. A trade relating to 3,000 B shares has been cancelled. The Orkla Group now has an aggregate shareholding of 7,202,508 shares (including 80% of the shares owned by Oktav Invest) divided into 5,926,859 A shares and 1,275,649 B shares.
