Mr. Kjell Kjønigsen has in connection with the rights issue of Orkla ASA been granted 16 subscription rights and has on November 22 1999 subscribed for 2 new shares at nominal value NOK 6.25. After the rights issue his total shareholding consists of 18 shares.

Mr. Tom Stokstad has in connection with the rights issue of Orkla ASA been granted 489 subscription rights and has on November 22 1999 subscribed for 69 new shares at nominal value NOK 6.25. After the rights issue his total shareholding consists of 558 shares.
