Subscription rights unexercised by shareholders in Orkla ASA’s rights issue have been sold on the market at a price of NOK 16.90. The following insiders did not exercise their subscription rights, which were included in the total sale of subscription rights: Board member Harald Norvik, 44 subscription rights. Mr. Norvik owns a total of 44 Orkla shares. Employee-elected deputy board member Thor Arild Bolstad, 196 subscription rights. Mr. Bolstad owns a total of 196 Orkla shares.
