Hvistendahl new chairman

In a meeting Wednesday 11.10.00 the Corporate Assembly of Orkla ASA elected Finn A. Hvistendahl as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors. At the same time Svein S. Jacobsen was elected by the shareholders as a new member of the Board. Both were elected unanimously.
