Corporate Assembly meeting

There has today (14.05.01) been a meeting in the corporate assembly.
Harald Arnkværn has been elected chairman and
Svein Erik Amundsen has been elected deputy chairman

In addition an election committee has been appointed for the election of the shareholders representatives to the Board of Directors with the following members;

Harald Arnkværn, chairman
Elisabeth Grieg
Tore Lindholt
Allan Åkerstedt

A representative for the employees, Harald Johansen will be supplemented to the election committee for the election of the chairman of the board.
The next corporate assembly meeting will take place 27.06.01
