Presentation of Q3 results - Streaming and conference call
Orkla will report Q3 results on Thursday 1 November 2001. The results will be sent to the Oslo Stock Exchange at 8.00 a.m. Norwegian time, and will subsequently be presented to investors and analysts in the following ways:

1) Material
Stock Exchange notice, PowerPoint-presentation, spreadsheets and comments will be available on Orkla's Internet pages www.orkla.com shortly after 8.00 a.m. Norwegian time.

2) Streaming - available on Orkla's Internet pages www.orkla.com
Both the presentation that takes place in Oslo at 9.00 a.m. Norwegian time and the following Q&A-session will be given in English and streamed directly to Orkla's Internet pages.

3) Telephone conference call
The telephone conference call starts at 3.00 p.m. Norwegian time. A summary (10-15 minutes) of the presentation will be given before the Q&A-session commences.
