| 08.11.2001: Orkla's total shareholding of own shares after this transaction is 8,433,029 shares including 80% of the shareholding of Oktav Invest. When Oktav Invest is formally demerged (cf. notification dated 21.09.2001), Orkla's total holding of own shares will be 8,836,852 shares.
