ORK - Presentation of Q4 results
Presentation of Q4 results - Streaming and conference call. Orkla will report Q4 results on Thursday 14 November 2002.

The results will be sent to the Oslo Stock Exchange at 8.00 a.m. Norwegian time, and will subsequently be presented to investors and analysts in the following ways:

1) Material
Stock Exchange notice, PowerPoint-presentation, spreadsheets and comments will be available on Orkla's Internet pages www.orkla.com shortly after 8.00 a.m. Norwegian time.

2) Streaming - available on Orkla's Internet pages www.orkla.com
Both the presentation that takes place in Oslo at 9.00 a.m. Norwegian time and the following Q&A-session will be given in English and streamed directly to Orkla's Internet pages.

3) Telephone conference call
The telephone conference call starts at 3.00 p.m. Norwegian time. A summary (10-15 minutes) of the presentation will be given before the Q&A-session commences. Executive Vice-President Roar Engeland will lead the conference.
