Trade subject to notification - Sveaas
02.10.2002: Christen Sveaas (Board member of Orkla ASA) has today 2 October 2002 sold 11,075,000 Orkla-shares at a price of NOK 120 per share.
Following this sale Christen Sveaas controls 1,389,777 Orkla-shares. Christen Sveaas has at the same time obtained an option to buy 3,600,000 Orkla-shares at a price of NOK 147.70 per share. The option can be exercised in the period from 7 October 2002 to 1 October 2004. No option price was paid. Enclosed pdf.file
