| Orkla's Financial Investments area has on 3 December 2002 bought 9,000 shares in Elkem ASA at a price of NOK 155 per share. After this transaction Orkla including subsidiaries owns 19,407,643 Elkem shares, representing 39.4% of the share capital. | |
