30.11.2004: Companies closely associated with Stein Erik Hagen, member of the Board of Directors of Orkla ASA, have carried out the following transaction:
Today, a total of 277,000 shares in Orkla ASA was sold and bought between Stein Erik Hagen's close associates at a share price of NOK 187.00. After the transaction, Stein Erik Hagen and his close associates still own 19,494,021 shares in Orkla ASA.
