New tranche in "6,54 % Orkla ASA 03/13" (ISIN NO 001 017753.8)
22.04.2005: Orkla ASA has issued a new tranche in the bond issue "6,54 % Orkla ASA 03/13" (ORK 03), ISIN NO 001 017753.8, by NOK 700 million.
The whole tranche is added to Orkla ASA's own bond holdings. Total outstanding in the loan is, after this issue, NOK 1,500 million of which Orkla ASA's holding amounts to NOK 950 million.
