Oceanteam ASA has reached agreement to sell Oceanteam ASA's shareholding in
Oceanteam Subsea Services Ltd. to EXS Subsea AS in Bergen, Norway, for an undisclosed amount. The sales transactions have been completed 27 November 2009. Oceanteam Subsea Services Ltd will be renamed Specialist Subsea Services Ltd. and will continue to develop its activities in the subsea services market with the support of EXS Subsea AS.
